Iawah Career Exploration & Leadership Training

Career with Purpose is a self-paced program designed to help  students explore future careers through purpose, values, and impact. Instead of starting with job titles, students begin by discovering who they are, what they care about, and the problems they feel called to help solve—both locally and globally. Referencing the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework, the program connects students’ interests, abilities, and classroom learning to real-world challenges and builds a strong problem-solving mindset.

Through interactive modules, real-life examples, and gamified assessments, students gain clarity and confidence in making informed, purpose-driven career decisions. Whether they are passionate about the environment, justice, education, or community development, students learn how their unique skills can contribute to a better future.

Program Objectives
